At Calming Hearts, we strive to keep our counselling fees affordable and simple.
There are no packages offered to tie you down because we believe everyone’s situation and needs are different.
We adopt a simple price plan for either face-to-face or online counselling and there are no differential pricing for counselling held at different timing of the day.
Counselling Fees
Individual Session (In-Person)
$160
Subsequent sessions at $140*
Individual Session (Online)
$120
Subsequent sessions at $110*
Couple Session (In-Person)
$230
Subsequent sessions at $200*
Each session is up to 60 minutes for Individual and 75 minutes for Couple sessions.
Time Surcharge (subjected to counsellor’s availability) will be advised upon confirmation of appointment.
Session is charged based on the start of the scheduled appointment time.
*The session must take place within one month from the previous session
Appointment Policy
All counselling sessions are by appointment only and subjected to counsellor’s availability.
Cancellation Policy
We asked to be notified at least 24 hours before any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to prevent being charged missed appointment fee as we will not be able to use your missed hour for anything else.
