Couples Counselling

Couple Therapy are designed to improve a couples' friendship and their ability to manage conflict. In therapy, couples will learn to improve interactions to move from negative to positive, deepen emotional connection, and create shared goals whether you are in a heterosexual or same sex relationship.

Couples who will benefit from Couple Therapy:

▪ Struggling with communication
▪ In a emotionally distanced or stagnant relationship
▪ Coping with infidelity
▪ Facing difficulties over specific issues such as money, parenting or sex
▪ Stuck in chronic conflict
▪ Pre Marital
▪ Couples who wish to have a deeper learning about each other

Who are not suitable candidate:
It is not recommended for couples that suffer from physical domestic violence. While couple therapy can help with many relationship issues, it cannot change patterns of violence.
