Caroline believes the decision to seek counselling is a courageous one and sees counselling as part of a self-care journey.
In her counselling sessions, she seeks to hold space and provide a safe, non-judgemental space for her clients to freely express themselves and manoeuvre their life challenges. In her practice, she has experiences working with young adults, adults, LGBTQIA+ community and elders who struggle with:

As a counsellor, Caroline believes that all individuals and their experiences are unique. She tailors each client’s treatment according to their needs, drawing elements from different approaches. Adopting a person-centred and non-judgemental approach in her practice, Caroline seeks to journey alongside her clients on their road to self-recovery and self-acceptance.
Prior to becoming a counsellor, Caroline has over a decade of experience in the banking industry, she understands the pressures of work and the stress that comes along in the modern working world. A personal experience motivated Caroline to change the course of her career which brought her to join a non-profit organization where she supported clients facing challenges in areas such as relationship issues, work stress and life transitions.

Abigail
Practicum Counsellor
Abigail is currently pursuing a Master's in Counselling while completing her placement.
Her experience in supporting caregivers and individuals with special needs strengthened her passion for addressing diverse needs and creating effective coping strategies.
Prior to working in the disability sector, Abigail managed cases for women in shelters, which deepened her dedication to mental and emotional well-being. Her therapeutic approach blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy, with a strong belief in the power of mindfulness for inner peace.
In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog and discovering new music at home.
